Major made his arrival into our little family on December 29th. We had to wait until after Christmas to pick him up because he was still so young- in fact, the day we got our little guy he was exactly 6 weeks. We would have had to wait even longer, but he was the biggest of the litter and doing well enough to go early. We love us some chunky babies in this house, so we were very excited. :)
He is a little ball of fur and such a cuddle bug. Molly was a little apprehensive at first, but really likes Maj. We even catch them snuggling from time to time! (You can be sure I'll try to get a picture of that.)

Now that we are back in Louisiana it has been such a fun time watching them wrestle around...and a bonus is that the weather is nice enough to play outside! No snow here! Actually, it has been in the upper 60's the past couple of days, which is so perfect. The above photo is just a silly attempt at photography with the new camera. Love it so much, but am definitely still learning how to do basic things. Back to the stars of this post...

Molly is learning to share her toys...her food...and even her doggy bed. Lucky for her, we're suckers and still let her sleep at the end of our bed, so most nights that's where she ends up while Maj totally steals her comfy bed on the floor. I think the bed rule is going to have to change soon though- we aren't going to have enough room for all of us!

D is feeling especially happy to have some more testosterone around the Casa de M. Personally, I like the little dude, but am not a fan of his male anatomy and am already planning on relieving him of his manhood as soon as medically possible. But that is neither here nor there...
Anyways.

I think we are well on our way to having some new best buds on our hands. Can't wait to see the little mister grow into a big guy!
xo,
