Just truckin' along

Yesterday was one of those super, awesome, productive days, where I felt like a rockstar/supermom and totally gave myself a pat on the back at the end of the day.

• Refrigerator- Organized
• Energy Balls for D- Made
• Memorial Day Vacay- 90% booked
• New School/Daycare for Grace- Contacted and walk through scheduled
• House hunting date with realtor- Scheduled
• Lunch time run- Accomplished
• Afternoon Crossfit- Done
• Dinner- Made

...and then today began with so much more to do that I'm back at square one. It's fine though, I like my week's busy and weekend's lazy, so I'll take it.

We are just trucking along here for most of May and with the exception of a visit to Fort Stewart to check things out mid-month and plans to see Tybee Island for Memorial Day weekend. D continues to do well in the Captain's Career Course, Grace is exploding with more personality with every passing day, and I'm content with work (which will transfer with me to Savannah when we move).

Life is so good.

Especially when your boss wears silly sunglasses to work.

I keep thinking up captions for this picture, ranging from "Only YOU can prevent forest fires!" to D saying "Gimme me my money, Brian!" in the Stewie voice from Family Guy. New favorite photo fo' sho. :)
