Hola readers! There is not much I love more than Mexican food and a cold alcoholic beverage, so naturally May 5th is one of my favorite days of the year. This year we will be making a dinner fit for a fiesta (enchiladassss) and I will be celebrating with a "mocktail". No, it won't be as good as the real deal, but I do what I can! My favorite holidays are the ones that don't involve gift giving, but instead celebrate good food, drinks, and friends or family. The 4th of July has long been my at the top of my list, but today is definitely a close second.
I don't have much to talk about today, so I thought I'd just say "hi" and leave you with this, which I have entitled, "Caught in the Act":
Not as scandalous as the title might make you imagine, but this is my bad girl in our bed, just lounging with her football as I get ready for work in the bathroom. She looks so offended that I'm disturbing her for a picture. I really need to vary my content to include more than just updates on my baby and dog, so I'll try to work on that.
