Baby Sperry's

This weekend we were able to get outside and enjoy the beautiful early Spring weather! I guess you could say that this is one of the perks of living way down South. It has been in the 70's and breezy for the past week or so and has been absolutely gorgeous out. I'm not sure how much longer we will have until the humidity gets wayyyy up there and the mosquitos start trying to sneak in the house every time there is an open door. How crazy is this- our community pool opens up on March 15th! So early, right?! We can't wait to get Gracie in a ruffle-butted bathing suit and try out the water, but for now we'll settle for some playtime/make shift photo sessions outside:

I am still loving the new camera. Outside I don't have to do much of anything to make our pictures look pretty darn good (if I do say so myself)!

Aside from our outdoor adventures we had a pretty laid back little weekend. We took a couple long walks, rented a movie, indulged in a yummy margaritas, and I snuck out for a few hours to go to a baby shower this afternoon. All in all it was a nice break from the work week and such a great few days with the family. Gotta soak it all in as much as I can on Saturday and Sunday. :)

As for the Shred and that whole game plan- it's going really well! I'll do a more thorough update in a day or two. The weekends always tend to de-rail me when it comes to healthy eating, but I wasn't too bad and I did keep up with working out. I'm not going to weigh myself until Tuesday, when it will have been a full week...but I will say that I officially fit back into a pair of pre-prego Gap size 6's yesterday and felt pretty damn good about it! Yay progress!
