Obviously Pinterest is a big time suck and most of us love it for inspiration, whether it be for home decor, fashion, fitness, or my favorite...food. I really do use it as a source when looking into our meal plan for the week and lately I've been trying to incorporate at least one new recipe or ingredient into my grocery runs.
Here are a few that I can say are totally worth the time to pin and make:

We have made all three of these multiple times and the energy bites are great to keep refridgerated and pop one on the go, like D does before he leaves for PT in the morning, or like I do before my afternoon workout. The Chicken and Mushrooms are from skinnytaste.com, which is another resource I like to use for healthier versions of different recipes. Finally, the Kale Salad has been dubbed "restaurant quality" by D and he requests it often, which is the highest of cooking compliments in this house.
