Before we leave there are a couple things that need to fall into place:
1. I need my husband to plant his two feet back on the ground. He has a jump this morning and for whatever reason I've been way more nervous than usual. Don't worry, he says that he is taking his phone along and plans to snap a pic as he falls through the air. Awesome. If he actually does take one I will try to post it here for you guys to check out. They do jumps about once a month and inevitably someone seems to get hurt during every one. Cross your fingers that my hubby lands in one piece.
2. I need to finishing packing! This is a fun one because Momma got herself a couple more packages in this week. :) I am the proud new owner of some Gap skinny white denim capris, bermuda shorts in black, white and khaki, a cute little dress, and a couple of tops that are still far too large- but adorable. See evidence below:
See...pregnant women can look cute! Also, my new piece of advice is even though you feel like a house, buy maternity clothes in your pre-preggo size. I was worried about not sizing up, but I'm SO glad I didn't. Finally I can say that I have 6's that fit like a glove...and the best part is that I don't even have to button them! 3. We are going to dinner with one of D's best friend's father tonight. He is in town for business (I guess he does something involving sales on military posts?) and wants to meet up at one of our fine establishments. Should be fun.
anddd that's pretty much it. Not too much keeping us from getting outta here, so we should be golden. Really the purpose of this post was just to brag about my snazzy new gear. ;) Don't worry, I already have another post planned for before we leave...and I might even schedule one to post while I'm gone so you're not left without baby babble for 4 days!
